1. Controller
The controller for the processing of personal data on this website is:
Peter Bauch

2. Collection and storage of personal data
When you access this website, our hosting provider automatically records information transmitted by your browser in what are known as server log files. This may include in particular:
– IP address
– date and time of the request
– the page or resource requested
– browser type and version
– operating system
– referrer URL, where applicable
This data is processed solely to ensure the trouble-free and secure operation of the website and to detect and repel possible attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in providing our website securely and in working order.
The hosting provider is IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany.
The server log files are deleted by the hosting provider after seven days. They are kept longer only where a specific security incident requires it or statutory retention obligations apply.
3. Getting in touch
The “Contact” button on this website opens your own email program with a prepared message. The form itself transmits nothing to us and stores nothing — your details reach us only once you send the message from your program.
If you write to us by email, we process the details you provide, in particular your name, email address and the content of your message. The data is used solely to handle and answer your enquiry.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to steps taken prior to entering into a contract or to the performance of a contract. Otherwise the processing rests on our legitimate interest in handling and answering enquiries under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to handle the enquiry and no statutory retention obligations or other legal grounds require it to be kept.
Personal data is passed on only where this is necessary to handle the enquiry, where a legal obligation applies, or where another legal basis under data protection law permits it.
4. Cookies and analytics services
This website uses no cookies and no analytics, tracking or marketing services. Only the data required for technical operation is processed, in particular the server log data described in section 2.
The fonts used are served from our own server as well; no connection to third parties is made.
A cookie consent banner is therefore not required.
5. Recipients of personal data
Personal data is passed on only to parties that need it to fulfil the purposes stated above. This includes the hosting provider we use (section 2).
Where external service providers process personal data on our behalf, this is done in accordance with statutory requirements, in particular under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR where such an agreement is required.
No further external services are embedded in this website.
6. Your rights
Subject to the statutory conditions, you have the following rights:
– right of access to the personal data stored about you
– right to rectification of inaccurate data
– right to erasure
– right to restriction of processing
– right to data portability
– right to object to certain processing
To exercise your rights, you can contact us at any time using the address given above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data.
